    Hand harvested grapes & estate bottled, this is produced from 6 different clones of Merlot grown on the estate, including two rare French clones. The aromatics have a rich blackberry & strawberry core with a wet earth & gravel back note. The mouth feel is focused & fresh with vibrant echoes of black cherry, cocoa & hints of toasted oak. Moderate tannins & good acidity leave a pleasing, lasting finish. Each juicy sip leaves the palate wet & wanting more.

    90 Points from Robert Parker in the Wine Advocate, this non-vintage red blend from Dave Phinney takes grapes from different regions & vintages to make a brilliant Italian red blend. A blend of Negroamaro & Nero d’Avola from the southern region of Puglia combined with Barbera from Piemonte in the north & a small percentage of Sangiovese from Tuscany. The palate is immediately hit with super lush flavors of ripe berries & spice, supported with a dense core that has just the right amount of acidity. The tannins are already velvety & soft which provide a lingering finish with hints of minerality & some herbal notes.

  • Il Poggione Rosso di Montalcino

    From the southern hills of Montalcino, comes this estate grown Sangiovese, aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Ruby red in color with a pleasantly intense bouquet of wild berry fruits.
